Terms of use

All users of the SBCF site do so with an understanding and acceptance of the following conditions:

  1. All information provided on this site is done in good faith and the SBCF has taken all reasonable measures to ensure the information contained herein is accurate and current.
  2. No liability is accepted for loss or damages incurred as a result of reliance upon material contained on this site.
  3. By logging on, you will be deemed to have released and discharged SBCF from all liability which might arise.
  4. By logging on, you will be assuming all risks associated with use of the site, including risk of your computer, software or data being damaged by any virus which might be transmitted or activated via SBCF site by your access to it.
  5. The SBCF website provides links to other third party websites for your convenience and informational purposes only, and not for purposes of making any endorsement or recommendation thereof. the SBCF cannot control, takes no responsibility and does not make any warranty, express or implied, with respect to the content, privacy policy or practices of such linked websites.

Ticketing policies

Tickets to SBCF events are sold by the SBCF and third parties including ticketing agents and event managers. Tickets purchased through third parties are subject to the terms and conditions outlined by those parties which may differ from those summarised below.

Attendees must also abide by the terms and conditions of the venue in which the function is held.

Ticket refunds & exchanges

Tickets to SBCF events and performances are non-refundable except in the case of a cancelled event. Tickets that cannot be used may be donated back to The SBCF and a tax receipt can be issued for the value of the ticket price. This can be claimed as a charitable donation. Tickets for donation must be returned to the SBCF a minimum of 1 week prior to the event. Tickets cannot be exchanged for other events under any circumstances.

Ticketing fees and charges

Tickets purchased by credit card may be subject to credit card transaction fees and booking fees, depending on the policy of the event manager or ticketing agency and this will be disclosed on the website in each case.

Ticketing fees and charges are subject to change without notice.

Ticket postage

All tickets are posted free of charge via standard post. Registered or Express Post may be requested by customers for an additional charge.

Subscriber discounts and special offers

The SBCF, in conjunction with partner organisations, may offer a range of discounts and special offers to subscribers. Full details area available on our Special Offers pages.

Merchandise sales

Merchandise purchased through the SBCF may be exchanged only if an item is found to be faulty upon delivery or if the customer doesn't receive what was ordered, provided goods are exchanged within 21 days of delivery and in the original condition and packaging. The SBCF should be notified as soon as possible if items are damaged in transit or in the event of undelivered items.

Items of clothing may be returned within twenty one (21) days of receipt for exchange to a different size. Clothing must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Additional postage and handling charges for clothing exchange are payable by the customer.

Exchanges and refunds are not permissible due to change of mind.

All merchandise items are mailed via Australia Post, at the customer's own risk. Express or Registered post is available upon request and additional charges for these services will be payable by the customer. Any delivery times made known to the customer are estimates only. The SBCF is not liable for any late delivery and is not liable for any loss, damage or delay occasioned to the customer or any other persons arising from late delivery.

Please note in the current climate, dispatch and deilvery times can be longer than usual.
